Why we love gaming, and you should too!

Video games and why we love them

I wish to confess that I was a gamer almost my entire life. I got my first console, a PlayStation 2, 5 years old, and I remained irremediably in love with it. From classics like “Mario” and “The Legend of Zelda” to modern masterpieces such as The Shadows of Mordor and even surprising indie games such as “Undertale” and “Five Nights at Freddie’s,” the gaming world has become extremely wide and welcoming, ready for any kind of consumer. He drew from sports to actors and celebrities, and above all artists.

I would like to introduce you today some details about my favorite games and how they have influenced me, and the fun that you can have by playing old and classic games such as SuperMario or playing rummy game

World of Warcraft is the world’s largest massively multiplayer online role-playing game MMORPG of all time. Counting in its best times more than 12 million active players, WoW is a well-known franchise in the gaming world.

It was published by Blizzard Entertainment in 2004 and is the fourth game to take place in the Warcraft universe, the first being Warcraft: Orcs and Humans in 1994. This game gives you the feeling of a second life. I also remember what a feeling of revival I had when I created my first avatar, a Night Elf Rogue, and I began exploring the vast world of Azeroth.

The game has well-written stories, superb pieces of art and even inspired surprising songs. Do not you believe me? Just listen to “Lament of the Highborne”. For many players, including me, the WoW world will always be a “home away from home.” And guess what? They can even visit her at home!

League of Legends is the second game I would like to discuss. The most popular MOBA, or “Multiplayer Online Battle Arena”, League of Legends was produced and published by Riot Games and was based on a Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mod called Defense of the Ancients. From a competitive point of view, there are many tournaments, and the World Championship award in 2016 was $ 6 million.

The game has relatively simple rules but conquers the player through a very wide variety of “champions” that the player can use. The music is no less subtle with songs such as “Here comes Vi” and “Get Jinxed,” and it’s a totally worthwhile experience. Of course, until you meet a Teemo. Seriously, no person who has ever played the game can support Teemo.

Finally, I would like to talk about “Undertale”. The game was produced by indie developer and composer Toby Fox and released in 2015.

Compared to other games, besides killed, Undertale offers the option to show mercy to the monsters. The whole premise of the game is that with those different from us or with “monsters” you can form a friendship and you can relate, unlike a more violent variant, the fight.

The game has some memorable characters like Toriel, Sans, and Undyne, the music is superb, with songs like “Megalovanie”, “Death by Glamor” and “Spider dance” and 8-bit art is used in a charming way.

Now that I’ve come to the end of the list, I can only encourage you to pick up a controller, reserve your juices, and all of us together as the gamblers we are: “Have fun!”
