According to Macrumors, Apple is preparing new products to be presented between the 20th and the 24th of March.

The report does not show which product categories are involved. The most likely candidate for an upgrade is the iPad Pro.

IPad Pro with 10.5-inch display

In August 2016 rumors arose that Apple wanted to introduce a new display size in the iPad-Pro portfolio. Thanks to a virtually frameless housing design, the new model will hardly be bigger than the 9.7-inch version but offer more display space.

One reason for the enlargement of the display is two target groups: turnover, enterprises and educational institutions. As both areas prefer a display diagonal of more than 10 inches and the iPad Pro with 12.9 inches is in many cases too cost intensive, Apple planned the new iPad version.

In addition to the 10.5 inch iPad is also expected a product of the larger iPad-Pro model. Both devices are to be given in the form of the A10X-SoC a more powerful variant of the chip, the Apple already in the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

Also on the agenda are new iPad Pro with a 9.7-inch display. Individual messages assume that Apple is the smallest iPad Pro only the price and make it a more affordable entry-level solution. Performance improvements should be reserved for the two larger models. Mac Otakara also comes from a successor to the iPad mini 4 (7.9 inches).

New iPad Pro sighted in the test

TechCrunch provides another clue to new iPads. Analysis of the marketing company Fiksu, which evaluates the usage data of thousands of mobile apps, is to show four unknown iPad models with the designations 7.1 to 7.4, which were recently tested in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The total of 43 captured devices used either the beta of iOS 10.3 or an early version of the iOS 11 expected in the autumn.

iPhone SE with 128 gigabytes of memory

Except overcoming iPads, there was recently also speculation about a new storage option of the iPhone SE. A model with 128 gigabytes is to be added to the 16- and 64-gigabyte version. New MacBook Pro are practically excluded from the presentation at the end of October.

On the other hand, the iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro are overdue for an update. However, there are currently no indications for an early revision. The Macrumors report does not show whether Apple plans a keynote for the presentation or announces the new products only by press release.

The press invitations for an event would have to arrive at the latest one week before the scheduled date.
