Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 will be presented on May 30

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019

The guys from Activision and Infinity Ward have confirmed that they will present Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 on May 30, that is, just tomorrow. We do not know if they plan to carry out a full or partial announcement, but in either case, we can solve some very important questions.

As our regular readers remember a few days ago we told you that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 was going to be a “soft” restart of the well-known war action franchise, a movement with which Activision wants to give it a breath of fresh air and recover the charm that had what is, for many, the best installment of the saga, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

It is not chance, and in fact, it is easy to understand this movement. The franchise does not go through its best moment, the stagnation represented by the current consoles prevents Activision from taking a generational leap to a technical level and innovations at a playable level are becoming less marked.

We still do not have specific information, but we can think that the setting of this new release will be identical to the one we saw in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, at least as regards the time (timeline). With the rise of the Battle Royale, we can assume that there will be a game mode of this type and that we can also enjoy the campaign mode.

The launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 will occur later this year, and how could it be otherwise will reach Xbox One, PS4, and PC. PS4 Pro and Xbox One X will be able to move it with a higher resolution, and in principle, we do not expect to see a version adapted to Nintendo Switch, a console that, as we know, has lower hardware specifications than the Sony and Microsoft consoles.
