In an attempt to generate a little interest to the characters in Overwatch, Blizzard published online the first episode in a series of comics.
Overwatch will get a very interesting launch in the near future, but because it is built around a completely new set of characters, Blizzard knows it will be very difficult for you to care about their fate. Since the talk of imminent FPS multiplayer game type, if we are realistic, the story is very unimportant characters.
However, because we are talking about a developer who was behind the Warcraft, Diablo or Starcraft, a story to be told, the only variable being the chosen environment.
About a month ago, Blizzard announced that they will resort to short films and comics to tell the story of characters with which you can defeat opponents in Overwatch. Now, that concept was materialized by launching a comic.
Titled Train Hopper, the story told in the style of classic Marvel creations offers some interesting aspects of the character’s past Jesse McCree. For that, the gunman but will not be alone in Overwatch, and in the upper left corner of the cover can see number 1, it is not absurd to think that we will see other comics.
Currently, we do not know whether the new comics universe Overwatch will be free forever, but the first episode is still free and can be completed online or downloaded with ease in high-resolution PDF format and later lectured. It has 10 pages in total, the quality is very good, and the plot is an interesting one.
More than anything, however, this creation appears to have required a lot of time and money to be materialized and gesture of Blizzard to be offered free him certainly deserves appreciated.
